We collect: email address, name, phone number (for phone consultations), messages exchanged during consultations, payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers), professional identifier of Psychics (SIRET or equivalent).
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is collected for: user account management, connecting Clients with Psychics, payment processing, sending email notifications, service improvement.
4. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on: user consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), performance of the service contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligations regarding invoicing and transaction data retention.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of registration and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Consultation messages are retained for 1 year after the consultation. Transaction data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (authentication, user session). We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to analyze browsing behavior. No sensitive personal data (consultation messages, banking information) is ever transmitted to PostHog.
