Set up your payments with Stripe Connect
Step-by-step guide to receive your payments securely
To receive payments from your clients, Espace Voyance uses Stripe Connect, the world leader in online payments (used by Apple, Google, Amazon...). This setup takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Once complete, you will automatically receive payments to your bank account after each consultation.
Before you start, have ready:
- A valid ID (identity card or passport)
- Your bank details / IBAN
- Your professional ID number (SIRET for France / UTR for UK / BCE for Belgium / IDE for Switzerland)
- Your phone number
Connect to Stripe Express
Enter your professional email address (the same one used for your Espace Voyance registration). Click 'Continue'.
Stripe will send you a verification code by SMS to secure your account.
Your personal information
Stripe needs to verify your identity for banking compliance reasons. All this information is strictly confidential and will never be shared with your clients.
- • Your legal name (as it appears on your ID)
- • Your email address
- • Your date of birth
- • Your full personal address
- • Your phone number
Use your REAL legal name, not your stage name or alias. Stripe will verify this information with your ID.
Business information (1/2)
Click the 'Business sector' dropdown and scroll to 'Professional services', then select 'Consulting'.
Make sure to select 'Consulting' under 'Professional services', NOT 'Consulting services' which appears higher in the list. Choosing the wrong option may trigger additional verification requests.

For the 'Your website' field, enter exactly:
This is our platform's address. Stripe will verify it to ensure your activity is linked to an existing, compliant website. Click 'Continue'.
Your bank details
This is the account where you will receive payments after each consultation.
- • Currency: EUR (keep the default)
- • Bank account country: your country
- • IBAN: copy from your bank statement
- • Confirm IBAN: re-enter for verification
Double-check your IBAN before submitting. An error here will delay your payments. You can change it later if needed.
Check the SEPA authorization box and click 'Continue'.
Final validation
Stripe will display a summary of all your information. Review carefully and click 'Submit'.
Stripe will verify your account within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is active.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will clients see my legal name?
No, clients will only see your profile name on Espace Voyance. On their bank statement, they will see 'ESPACE VOYANCE', never your name.
What are the Stripe fees?
Stripe charges approximately 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction on euro payments. These fees are deducted before the Espace Voyance commission (17%). You keep 83% of each consultation — the lowest commission on the market.
When will I be paid?
Payments are automatically transferred to your bank account according to the configured frequency (weekly by default). You can check your balance and transfers in your Stripe Express Dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest global banking security standard. Your data is never accessible to Espace Voyance or shared with third parties.
Stripe is asking for additional documents, is this normal?
Yes, this is a standard procedure. Stripe may request proof of address, a business registration extract, or an ID copy. Provide the requested documents and your account will be validated quickly.
I don't have a SIRET yet, can I register?
To practice as an independent in France, a SIRET is mandatory. You can create one for free online at autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr (for auto-entrepreneur status) in just a few minutes.
What if Stripe rejects my application?
Contact us directly at contact@espace-voyance.com and we will help you resolve the issue.
I received an email from Stripe asking me to finalize my transfer information, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. Stripe automatically sends this email if you didn't complete all banking information during your initial registration. Simply click 'Update my transfer information' in the email and fill in the missing fields. It takes 2 minutes. Once validated, your account will be fully operational and you can receive your payments.
